Shipping Policy

If we become aware of delays caused by high order volume or postal-service disruptions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Domestic and International Standard Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship internationally to supported destinations. Standard international shipping for parcels up to 2 kg (4.41 lb) is calculated by product weight. For orders over 2 kg, contact our team by email for a custom shipping quote.

Domestic shipping within South Korea is calculated by purchase value rather than parcel weight.

Delivery estimates account for public holidays in South Korea and the destination country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tinge of Soul LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tinge.of.soul@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Orders are dispatched through Korea Post and handed to the destination country's postal service for final delivery. Before ordering to a P.O. box, confirm that your local postal service accepts it. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is not serviceable, any return-shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please review our return policy for full details on refunds, returns, and exchanges.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tinge.of.soul@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please read the policy thoroughly before purchasing. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
