Jinxuan’s naturally creamy character
Milky Oolong takes its name from the buttery aroma that Jinxuan leaves can develop through cultivar, altitude and careful roasting—not from milk or added flavour. The cup is savoury and bright, with clean stone-fruit sweetness at the finish.
HIGH-ALTITUDE LEAF
Grown in Dalat, finished in Taiwan
The leaves are handpicked around 1,600 metres in Vietnam and roasted in Taiwan. As they open through repeated infusions, the lemon-yellow liquor deepens and the balance of umami, butter and ripe fruit becomes more pronounced.
